AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

QuantumEdge Software INC is looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll work to build scalable, efficient, and innovative AI models and systems that drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Identify and advocate for innovative AI and GenAI use cases within MyproWorker.
• •Develop custom AI applications, models, and solutions in alignment with business objectives.
• •Lead functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• •Spearhead chatbot and business automation flows, utilizing Microsoft technology stack, including MS •OpenAI, AI Search, Power Platform, and more.
• •Evaluate and assess Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by leading industry players.
• •Encourage prototyping and experimentation to drive digital transformation within our organization.
• •Advise on and implement AI technologies to solve complex business challenges at QuantumEdge.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• •3–5 years of experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and integration.
• •Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in frameworks like •TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VPS) to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• •Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and mathematical principles (linear algebra, statistics, optimization).
• •Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• •Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Cubeflow, Airflow) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• •Expertise in areas like NLP (Natural Language Processing), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• •Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Apache Kafka).
• •Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of AI solutions.
• •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in teams.
